Escape Room

The event that unleashes the detective in you. With few technical and problem-solving skills, you must escape the grasp of your kidnapper. Your basic knowledge in biology and chemistry will be the key basis to uncover the secrets of the room.

Event Details:

Round 1- Part 1: Screening Test

1. A questionnaire that tests your knowledge of the fundamental sciences (physics, chemistry and biology).
2. A total of 30 minutes will be given to complete the questionnaire.
3. The top 10 teams with the highest scores will progress to the next round. (Minimum score for qualification is 50% of the total)

Part 2: Protocol Hunt

1. In this round, the remaining teams will need to scavenge for clues that will lead them to the room in the final round.
2. The first 3 teams that collect all the clues will be the finalists of the event.

Round 2 - Final: Escape room

1. The finalists will be trapped in the room.
2. They must find their way out by solving simple experiments that will lead them to the key that solves the mystery.

Rules and Regulations:

1. A team must consist of 2 participants.
2. All the participants must be from the same college.
3. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
4. The decisions of organisers will be final.

Judging Criteria:

1. In part 1 of the first round, teams will be qualified according to the minimum score.
2. In part 2, first 3 teams to solve the clue will be qualified to the finals
3. The first 2 teams to solve the mystery in the final round will be declared as winner
