Rules and Regulations

1. Individual participation.
2. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
3. The participants must bring their own device.
4. The participants can use website/application of their own choice.
5. Participants will be given a particular theme.
6. A total of 1 hour 30 minutes will be given.
7. The poster must be of 4:5 ratio.
8. The poster must be exported in PNG image format and must have a minimum of 300 DPI.
9. Internet can be used for references and AI generated images.
10. Pre-existing templates shouldn’t be used.
11. Download of vectors and fonts are permitted.
12. Any sort of malpractice or plagiarism will lead to disqualification of the participant.
13. The decisions of the judges and organisers will be final.

Judging Criteria:

1. Evaluation is based on creativity.
