Event Details:

Round 1:

1. Participants contest in teams of 2.
2. Each team must take an aptitude test and perform a set of tasks based on which team eliminations will be done.

Round 2:

1. Participants are divided into 4 groups each led by a Gang Leader.
2. All the participants in a group are interviewed by their respective leader and selected for the next round.
3. Gang Leader selects the qualifying participants into their ‘Gangs’ (teams).

Round 3:

1. Participants contest in ‘Gangs’.
2. The ‘Gangs’ perform sets of physical tasks with the support of their respective ‘Gang Leaders’.
3. In this round, participants will be evaluated based on both their individual performance and the performance of their team.
4. Top performing participants from the overall entries will be selected for the final round.

Round 4:

1. Participants contest individually.
2. Participants will be given forms to fill, where they need to answer a set of questions.
3. This will be followed by a stress interview, which will determine the ultimate winner of the event.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Individual participation.
2. Participants must present a physical college ID card and PID to participate in the event.
3. The use of vulgar or offensive language, personal attacks on individuals regarding their character or physical appearance and disrespectful behaviour
   towards the judges is strictly prohibited.
4. The decisions of the judges and organisers will be final.

1. Physical fitness and endurance.
2. Problem-solving ability.
3. Communication skills.
4. Professionalism and attitude.
5. Ability to work in a team.
